I´m a 56 year old woman and I go to indoor rowing classes once a week to keep myself (and especially my neck and shoulders) in good condition. My work involves sitting at a computer all day and I used to get aches and pains that required a series of massage treatment up to three times a year. In the 13 years that I´ve been going to indoor rowing classes I haven´t once needed a massage. Indoor rowing really supports my physical condition for my job! Other benefits are due to the skilled instructors who make it pleasant to take part in the classes. I warmly recommend this versatile, cheap and fun sport.
