MONDAY AFTERNOON – Kathleen

In this class we do a series of short rowing intervals with short series of general strength or mobility exercises in between the rowing intervals.

TUESDAY AFTERNOON  – Tuija

The programme varies every three weeks and includes strength training and stretching

THURSDAY AFTERNOON – Mikko

Same program for two weeks and then something completely different.

New music each week.

I always get positive feedback from rowers who, after my class are not unconscious!

FRIDAY AFTERNOON – Niko

Friday afternoon classes last 60-75 minutes. Classes start with a warm-up of about 15 minutes that includes technique training and some faster rowing. Next come intervals of 2-8 minutes depending on the day. Classes end with strength training and stretching.
