How does it feel?

Indoor rowing is a versatile, aerobic sports mode which utilizes all major groups of muscles. Indoor rowing performed on a moving seat is one the most energy consuming forms of sport, as the  large muscles in the legs and buttocks are performing most the work.

In rowing the aim is to have the legs perform the main part of the work. For a beginner, this may be difficult to master the legwork, but the use the complete body is learned in time. The versatility of indoor rowing makes it a good complement to people training in many other sports.
