Dear Rowers,
On behalf of the Nordic Rowing Federation, the Finnish Canoeing and Rowing Federation and the organizing Takon Soutajat Rowing Club we are delighted to invite you to the 2026 Open Nordic Rowing Championships and the 65th Tampere International Regatta on Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th of June 2026 at venue lake Kaukajärvi in Tampere, Finland.
The Kaukajärvi venue lake is the competition venue of the 1995 World Rowing Championships and the only 2000m 6 lane courses in Finland. The beautiful natural lake course is located only 15 mins out of the Tampere City Center. A secured boat park area as well as other facilities will be organized close to the competition center.
We would be glad to welcome you all in great numbers to celebrate a splendid rowing event in the light full Mid Summer Time in one of the most booming Cities in the Northern Countries.
